Official Fundraiser Giveaway Rules & Terms – Kitchen Cabinet Refinishing (Arizona Residence Only)
Participation in this fundraiser giveaway constitutes agreement to the following terms:
Eligibility
Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Arizona who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Method
Entries are obtained through the purchase of official fundraiser tickets only. No purchase outside the designated fundraiser qualifies as an entry. 1x$25 Entry Donation Visit lastingimpressions.org to enter.
Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive a residential kitchen cabinet refinishing service performed by Lasting Impressions Cabinet Painting LLC. The prize includes only cabinet surface preparation, painting, and finishing. Premium paint and supplies are to be used, with a satin sheen.
Exclusions
Prize does not include repairs, structural modifications, hardware replacement, cabinet replacement, countertop work, plumbing, electrical work, travel outside standard service areas, or any upgrades or add-on services. Additional work requested by the winner must be paid separately at standard rates.
Scope Limitations
Service applies to a standard residential kitchen within reasonable size limits as determined solely by the sponsor. Oversized kitchens or special conditions may require adjustments or partial credit at the sponsor’s discretion.
Prize Value & Transfer
Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged or substituted. No cash alternative will be provided.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random and notified via the contact information provided at entry. The winner must respond within (2) days, or an alternate winner may be selected.
Scheduling
Service must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe and is subject to business availability, materials, and weather conditions.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the fundraiser organizers, nonprofit organization, and Lasting Impressions Cabinet Painting LLC from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
Fundraising Purpose
All proceeds support Lasting Impressions AZ, an Arizona 501(C)(3) nonprofit geared toward youth programs, educational workshops, and community initiatives.
